At the beginning of the 2020 Pandemic, we were all under the impression that we would be sheltering in place for 14 days to flatten the curve. I had a feeling that they were going to extend the stay at home order and to be quite honest, I have not really had to deal with disappointment. Especially something out of my control. So I decided to enroll into therapy. Due to Covid-19, Taraji P Henson’s foundation The Boris Lawerence Henson Foundation started offering free therapy sessions. I enrolled and went on a 6 week journey with my therapist. During my time, we really focused on having a solid morning routine. That morning routine has really helped me in my business and personal life. It helped me to be at a place of peace and clarity regardless of what was happening in the world. I now love my morning routine and have added journaling, meditation, prayer, working out and allowing for me to focus and create ideas. During one morning, I was able to make a list of all of the planners and coloring books I want to create in the next 12 months!That is why I created the Mind & Body Wellness Planner. I want to help others focus on their mind and body wellness as that will help you in every area of your life.XODanielle Mitchell
