This is the face of some that just “GOT IT” and “EVERYTHING IS CLICKING.”
See for the longest time, I would ride different “waves” of highs and lows and it would end with a burnout.
After taking some time to get into two audible books, The Miracle Morning and The Power Of Consistency. I have realized the holy grail. A Morning Routine!
See, we think that only babies and children need a routine but that is false.
Entrepreneurs need a morning routine.
My morning routine includes working out, prayer, meditation, time to write/journal and planning.
I have also taken the time to plan my content calendar for the entire year that I want for my brands. This includes topics for my youtube channel, months for when I will be hosting my Above Average Retreat, webinar topics for my bi-weekly webinars… EVERYTHING!
Now that I have the blueprint for the remainder of the year, all I need to do is implement. It has helped to get a lot clearer.
Yes, it took an entire day for me to do that. Yes, I felt that I was not being productive during that time but I know that is a mind game. Busy work does not always mean the best use of your time. Remember that for those days when you find yourself overwhelmed.
My Morning Routine:
6:00 am – Pray. Use my meditation App. Quiet Time.
6:30 am – Drink My Water or Tea or Juice. Say positive affirmations to myself. Journaling- This can be to write my thoughts, go over a new idea or just really let my pen take a mind of its own.
7:00 am – GYM TIME! If not the gym then an at home exercise.
7:30 am – Get ready for the day, eat, bathe, etc.
8:00 am- Plan out my daily schedule, edit my to-do list, pick 1-3 big topics I will cover.
8:30 am- Read.
9:00 am The Day Begins…
