This past weekend, I got together with some of my college girlfriends to do a birthday brunch with one of my college roommates, Tyree. We really had a great time and I thought this would be a perfect time to upload to my blog!
I had not seen everyone together since winter and it was such a great time. I ended up matching (not on purpose) with my fellow Gemini boo/ birthday girl so we had to take a separate picture as well.
Benchmark, I believe only does reservations so please go ahead and do that. Now some places don’t seat you until your entire party arrives but Benchmark allowed for us to be seated before everyone did which was clutch. I got caught by a train and ended up being 30 minutes late. If no one at your party arrives, then what will happen is that you have a 15-minute window and then you lose your reservation.
Now why I loved my experience.
When you walk in you decide if you will be doing the buffet $30 and you can add bottomless mimosas for $20. You can also always just purchase a drink so no pressure to always do bottomless.
The service was great. Tables had individuals waitress come around to ensure our cups were always topped off! I enjoyed that. If you pay for bottomless, you want to enjoy the feeling of it actually being what feels like an endless supply. They had multiple juice selections, I stuck with peach juice and went between adding blueberries and strawberries to my champagne.
The food was good, I enjoyed the omelet, they had a build your own bloody mary, a donut wall and some had liquor infused jelly and their mac n cheese was amazing!
I like my waffle kind of hard, so make sure you tell the lady to give it an extra five minutes.
The atmosphere was nice the booths were spacious and could fit a nice size crowd there were 11 of us total and no one felt squished.
The DJ was great and the lighting was amazing for pictures.
All in all, I give it a great brunch experience!
